Session 1: Introduction to Solids
Best suited for babies aged approximately 3 to 9 months who are preparing to start solids.
The session will cover the how, why and when of learning to eat, including:
Signs your baby is ready to start solids
How to prepare food to meet your baby's stage of development
Prevention of allergies
Tips to prevent choking, and
Encouraging healthy happy meals times.

Receipts
If your Health fund requires a receipt with the health professionals details please respond 'yes' to the question "Are you claiming with your private health insurance fund?" and a receipt will be issued to you on the day.
Cancellation policy
If we cancel the session you will be offered a refund or swap to another date. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session there will be no refund.

Parking
Session is held at Growlife Medical Highgate Hill or Growlife Medical Sherwood.
Highgate Hill - 109 Gladstone Rd Highgate Hill. Off street parking is available behind our building, accessed via Hazlewood St. Street parking is available in Hazelwood Street, Dornoch Terrace or in front of our building. Please be aware that we are located in a council 2 hour parking zone effective Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm.
