Dr Nishari Wijewardena

Dr Nishari graduated with honours from the University of Tasmania in 2006. After doing her hospital and GP training in Wollongong, NSW, Nishari gained her fellowship in general practice in 2012. She has also completed a Masters degree in Public Health. Nishari has worked in general practice in Cairns, QLD for 13 years before moving to Brisbane. She is interested in all aspects of GP, ranging from antenatal care to aged care. But her passion does lie in helping patient with chronic health conditions. Nishari is very passionate about providing thorough clinical care with a very caring approach. In her spare time, Nishari loves to spend time with her family exploring the outdoors and camping.
