Georgia is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist who is passionate about delivering nutrition information in a practical and engaging way. With a focus on paediatric nutrition, spanning infants, children, and adolescents, as well as an interest in women's health, Georgia is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest evidence and continuously upskilling. Georgia enjoys supporting patients with the management of food allergies and intolerances, faltering growth or slow weight gain, gastrointestinal concerns and fussy, restrictive or disordered eating.
She is compassionate and understanding of the challenges that individuals and families face while navigating health concerns. Georgia appreciates collaborating with other health professionals to ensure the best possible care is delivered for her patients.
Her journey into dietetics began with a Bachelor of Health Sciences, majoring in Nutrition, at the University of Queensland. Eager for a lifestyle change, she pursued her Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast, solidifying her commitment to this field. During her education, Georgia volunteered in rural and remote Indigenous communities, where she conducted nutrition workshops for children and families. Her Honours thesis delved into the intricacies of food choice for caregivers of young children, reflecting her interest in understanding the complexities of nutrition behaviour. Georgia has also completed a Cert II in Auslan and loves to support individuals in the Deaf community.
When Georgia isn’t seeing her patients, you’ll often find her on the beach, trying out a new café with friends and family, or finishing off one of her many jigsaw puzzles around the house! If you’d like to book in for a consult with Georgia, she is available at Sherwood, Fairfield and Highgate Hill locations.
Georgia is available at our
