Dr Nathan Day graduated from James Cook University in 2017. Nathan initially worked at Ipswich Hospital, where he went on to undertake additional training in Emergency Medicine before moving to General Practice.
Nathan most recently practised in Dalby and Toowoomba where he completed his training as a Rural Generalist. Nathan now works full time in General Practice, and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Philip Duffy is currently completing his specialty training in rural and remote medicine and has previously worked in a number of rural areas in QLD, most recently in Goondiwindi. Philip is an ADF member and works for the army 3 days/week. He consults at our Highgate Hill clinic the other 2 days.
Dr Emma Fist enjoys all areas of general practice and has a particular interest in women’s health, including antenatal shared care and contraception. Emma is trained in the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants and hormone-releasing intrauterine devices (IUD). Dr Elizabeth Hay has over 18 years of experience as a GP, working in both urban and rural practices. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2003. In addition to the full scope of general practice, Elizabeth has a special interest in Antenatal care and Paediatrics, Skin cancer surgery, Women’s health, Sports Medicine, Family Medicine, and Migraines and Headaches. Dr Jane Herbert graduated from Griffith University in 2011 and has worked in General Practice since 2014. She is a warm and caring GP who enjoys all aspects of general practice and has worked in a variety of settings across Australia prior to joining the Growlife team in 2020. Jane has broad general practice experience with additional qualifications in women's and children's health, sexual health, travel medicine and mental health. She is trained in contraceptive implant and IUD insertion , performs iron infusions and provides shared antenatal care through the Mater Mother’s Hospital. Jane is passionate about providing evidence-based care and support to mothers and babies and offers specialised consults for families experiencing infant sleep and feeding challenges. Dr Jill Howard is a caring and holistic GP who loves Family Medicine. She is aligned with the Mater Mother's Hospital for providing pregnancy shared care, and has a wealth of experience with care for young children. Dr Robert Kelly has commenced training in General Practice in 2016 after completing his degree at the University of WA. He has spent time working in WA, the NT and now Queensland and is currently working at Sherwood as well as within the Air Force. Rob is also an accredited DAME for Aviation Medicals . Having had a previous career as aircrew in the RAAF, Robert brings a unique understanding to aviation medicine. He consults at our Sherwood clinic.
Dr Ivan Lim enjoys the continuity of providing care in all aspects of general practice and has looked after generations in the same family. He has extensive experience in child and adolescent health, preventive health, chronic disease and antenatal care. He graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin , Ireland in 2006 and has worked as a GP since 2011. He is also an RACGP examiner and is passionate about medical education. He holds an academic appointment at the University of Queensland and is a medical educator for GP training Queensland . He consults at our Sherwood clinic on Saturdays.

Dr Sonja Morgan is a thoughtful general practitioner who enjoys all areas of general practice. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Queensland in 2003 and her general practice qualification in 2009. Her passion lies with maternal and child health care. She is a qualified GP Lactation Consultant, and runs the shared medical appointments at Highgate Hill .
Dr Kate Pink graduated from the University of Queensland in 2012 and has worked across a number of specialties at hospitals across Australia. Kate entered General Practice in 2015. Her special interests include Children's Health, Infant Sleep, Women's Health and Preventative Medicine. She has a passion for snow skiing, having previously been a Ski Instructor overseas, and enjoys spending her spare time outdoors with her husband and young son. She consults at Highgate Hill
