Alisa is an experienced group leader who is passionate about relationships between parents and their children and how emotional intelligence can create secure loving relationships.
An advocate of early intervention in family systems, Alisa completed post-graduate studies in Child and Adolescent Welfare from Charles Sturt University in 2016. Alisa is also a qualified Circle of Security facilitator. Through creating a safe, welcoming space she supports parents to look beyond their child’s behaviours to see their needs and provides the relationship tools to respond to those needs.
Inspired daily by her own two children, who are her “best teachers”. Alisa also loves theatre, dance, paddle boarding, being in nature and having fun.
