Rhiannon has over 12 years experience working as a Psychologist.
Rhiannon predominately draws on emotion and compassion-focused frameworks as well as using developmental and relational frames, attachment, mindfulness, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy.
Rhiannon works holistically with families and enjoys supporting both mum, dad and
non-birthing partners. She offers appointments in person and via telehealth.

prides herself on being a flexible and family-centred therapist

Ayushi’s person centred approach encompasses self-love, empowerment and growth in her clients.
She has a special interest working with children, adolescents and young adults tailoring her creativity to each client’s unique needs. As a trained counsellor, Ayushi has experience working in different settings: Depression, Anxiety, Suicide, Grief and Loss, Couples therapy, Trauma and Family Dysfunction. As a multilingual individual, she is able to provide therapy in English, Hindi and Telugu.
Through her journey in personal therapy, she recognizes the significance of having a strong support system, engaging in compassionate dialogue, and cultivating self-reliance. Ayushi’s published handbook for caregivers proving support to suicidal individuals, exemplifies her commitment to sharing knowledge and resources for the betterment of mental health.

Diana is passionate about helping others live a healthy, inspired and fulfilling life. With over a decade of experience in the therapeutic and mental health space, Diana has helped hundreds of clients and their families overcome the challenges they are presented with and reach their goals.
As a trained counsellor, Diana has experience in different areas including trauma, wellbeing, social justice, family, and individual therapy. Diana’s special interests and training include:
Diana tailors her approach to each client using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative and Client Centred therapy. This combination allows Diana to be an empathetic, welcoming counsellor who prides herself in her ethical approach to getting the best results for her clients. Diana is also a registered WorkCover provider and can accept referrals for anyone who has an accepted claim requiring mental health support to return to work.
An avid and passionate public speaker, Diana delivers conferences, workshops and training to professionals across industries.
Diana holds a Master of Counselling, Graduate Certificate of Business Administration and dual Bachelor of Social Science (CJ) and Arts (Psych) degree.
Diana is able to deliver counselling sessions in English and Spanish.
